Amedo Centers Kenya Ltd a company that distributes and markets household appliances and electronic goods seeks to recruit highly self-motivated Centre managers for our centers across the country.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
· Driving and co-coordinating sales functions at the Centre level to achieve sales targets by establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
· Providing superior customer service at the branch level.
- Organizing sales staff to ensure that the customer expectations are met /exceeded.
- Managing the resources allocated for the branch to exceed revenue budgets and control expenses.
· General management of the Centre.
- Attend to customer’s queries, complains, and sales issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- A Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing preferably of Home appliances.
- Should be ready to work in any part of the country.
SKILLS
Motivation for Sales, Effective communication, Negotiation skills, Results Driven, Time management, leadership and Customer relations.
